MEET OUR OFFICERS!

BRANDON CASHWELL - WORTHY CHIEF COUNSELOR

First and foremost, it is an honor to serve as this year’s Worthy Chief Counselor for the Phi Delta Chi - Alpha Gamma Chapter! I believe that we as a chapter have the opportunity to build upon the successes of last year and truly make an impact on our current brothers and the communities that surround us. As seen with our Centennial Celebration this past Spring, there are various opportunities for growth in leadership, professionalism, and service and I look to motivate our Collegiate and Alumni Brothers in pursuing initiatives in these areas. This fraternity has made a monumental impact on my pharmacy journey and I find that it would be a disservice to potential new members and current brothers the opportunities that exist for them within this community. My ultimate goal for this school year is to truly highlight the ways in which our brothers go above and beyond as student pharmacists and look to make an impact on the communities they serve.

KELLY DVORSKY - WORTHY VICE COUNSELOR (Chapel Hill)

I am very excited and honored to serve as Alpha Gamma’s Worthy Vice Counselor. After serving as the Worthy Inner Guard last year, I learned a lot about our organization both at the local and national levels. Our fraternity has so many opportunities to make connections, build strong relationships, and develop life-long friendships with brothers in our own chapter and across the nation. I am passionate about helping our members to take advantage of these opportunities so that they have a meaningful and enjoyable experience in Phi Delta Chi. This year my goals are to be a strong support for our WCC, be a reliable resource for our committee co-chairs, and regularly survey all members to gain their valuable input to strengthen our chapter. Finally, I hope to improve member involvement and increase the connections between our brothers, alumni, and other chapters.

CASSANDRA REDENTE - WORTHY VICE COUNSELOR (Asheville)

Joining PDC was one of the best decisions I made during my first year at ESOP and I’m beyond excited to serve as our chapter’s first Asheville WVC! I’m looking forward to growing PDC’s presence in Asheville, getting more involved with committees, and planning Asheville specific events for the chapter. My goal is to help the Exec Board connect the Asheville and Chapel Hill campuses in a way that hasn’t been done before to improve the bonds within our brotherhood and expand the future of our chapter. I can’t wait to see what we can do with this opportunity!

I’m very excited to serve as this year’s WKF! I am looking forward to being a part of the team to help to continue to make PDC great and even help it grow and develop into something bigger and better. My goal is to build upon the momentum of the past year and continue to create exceptional events for our brothers to enjoy. Additionally, I am committed to strengthening the bond of our brotherhood, not just for those who are currently attending, but also for those who have graduated and will be graduating. After all, we are brothers for life!

CHRISTOPHER TRENT - WORTHY CORRESPONDENT

I’m super excited to be serving as Alpha Gamma’s Worthy Correspondent this year! Being in PDC has been such an important part of my first year of pharmacy school, and it has been amazing to connect with and learn about my fellow Brothers. I’m looking forward to using my position to showcase all the things that make Alpha Gamma Brothers so special within our reports and annual publication!

GIGI ANDERSON - WORTHY KEEPER OF RECORDS AND SEALS

I fell in love with PDC the moment I became a member, and I am so excited and honored to serve on the executive board as this year’s WKRS. My goal is to facilitate smooth communication among all members of the chapter, promote chapter involvement, and to help all members, old and new, to find their community. With the help of my fellow executive board, I hope to make our chapter one of the best in the nation. I am confident that our amazing team can make this a reality using our personal experiences and feedback from years past.

OLIVIA CARLINO - WORTHY PRELATE

I am excited to serve as Worthy Prelate this year. It is so inspiring to see how much PDC continues to support and care about St. Jude and the Chapel Hill community. I hope to be able to continue the success we have had in the past with our fundraisers and philanthropy events, and continue to come up with new and exciting events to engage both brothers and the community. I am excited to not only grow the work we do with St. Jude, but also with the Chapel Hill community by creating new relationships with local organizations. I cannot wait to see what this year holds for PDC and our support of St. Jude.

GILLIAN ZAVAGLIA - WORTHY INNER GUARD

I am so excited to serve as this year's WIG! When I joined PDC during my first year at ESOP, I would have never guessed the incredible impact that it would have on my pharmacy school experience. Throughout the candidacy period I was able to meet many of my fellow candidates and currently brothers, some of whom are my closest friends and mentors today. I hope to serve as a resource for our incoming candidate class, not only to help them learn about PDC, but also to introduce and connect them to the amazing community within our chapter. My goals include getting candidates excited about becoming a part of our brotherhood and showing them all the amazing opportunities, our chapter has to offer.  I hope to be a strong and supportive leader to our incoming candidate class, to help them have a positive candidacy experience just like I did. I can’t wait to introduce our new incoming candidates and welcome into our brotherhood!

His pharmacy interests include ambulatory care and psychiatric & neurological pharmacy. In his free time, Paul enjoys listening to music, playing pickleball, and hiking in the mountains. He is looking forward to meeting the incoming class and hosting some fun recruitment events for potential new brothers!
